Fun and festive happy hour to benefit CCN, Treasure House Fashions and Zonta Three Rivers North. Event runs from 5:30-8:30pm; tickets are $40 in advance and $50 at the door. Tickets include hors d' oeuvres, desserts, and martini's galore! Entertainment is by Vida the singing Diva. Also featured are unique vendors for shopping. Organized motorcycle run to benefit CCN. Ride will be approximately 90 miles. Registration is at 10am at RPM's in Bridgeville. $20 per person & $30 per couple. No Colors. Stops on the route include: Bikini's, Mouse Trap and Bull Pen; with the Run concluding at RPM's. Coffee and donuts will be provided in the am, the day also includes a cook out, 50/50 drawing, a Chinese Auction, and a live special appearance by the Motley Crue Cover Band, Dr. Feelgood! 07-07-2010 - Oakmont Country Club
Volunteer to serve concessions on the 16th green at this year's Women's US Open. Your participation can aid CCN in raising operating dollars for the agency. The number of shifts that are filled and successfully completed compensates nonprofit teams that staff the concession stands. Assisting at the event enables a volunteer access to roam around the course to watch the golfers prior to and/or after their designated shift(s). The shifts are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 12 p.m. to close. The days CCN will participate will be Wednesday, July 7 through Sunday, July 10, 2010.

The Women\'s Small Business Association (WSBA) will honor six women at their annual "Honoring Extraordinary Women\" Awards during a luncheon at The University Club on July 14th. The awards ceremony and luncheon are included in the WSBA’s signature event, “Seven Steps To a Highly Successful You” – an all-day event that also includes seven development sessions and a networking opportunity. The cost of the all-day event, including the awards luncheon, is $38.00 for Premier Members, $43.00 for members and $48.00 for non-members and at the door.
