You can make a financial or non-financial donation to Crisis Center North.

Financial Donations:

  • Contribute through the Combined Federal Campaign using the code 24472.
  • When you make your next gift to Crisis Center North, ask your employer's Human Resources Department if the company matches gifts for charitable donations. If so, send a form from your employer along with your donation and Crisis Center North will take care of the rest.

Non-financial Donations

  • Crisis Center North also welcomes in-kind gifts or non-financial donations. These contributions allow us to provide tangible resources to clients; however, Crisis Center North is not a shelter program, thus our storage is limited. If you would like to make non-financial donation, please contact the Center at 412-364-6728 to determine if there is a current client need.

  • CCN collaborates with many community organizations by making referrals to clients or providing vouchers to obtain donated tangible items. Call the Center for a list of these organizations.
  • Donate Cell Phones - Crisis Center North collects cell phones for the Verizon Wireless HopeLine Program. These phones provide victims of domestic violence access to communication and private voicemail accounts. Crisis Center North has a drop box for phones (chargers must accompany the phones) or you can simply drop them off at any Verizon Wireless Store.

Privacy Statement

Data submitted (such as email addresses or information submitted through email communications) on Crisis Center North’s website is not collected or used for any purpose, unless a donor is submitting an on-line contribution to the agency. In that event, the donor is afforded donor privacy, highlighted in the following statement: Crisis Center North will never sell, trade, rent or share names, email addresses, or telephone numbers of our donors. Crisis Center North publishes the names of all donors in the organization’s annual report that corresponds with the fiscal year of the gift made. Donors should notify Crisis Center North in the event that publication of their name should be withheld. Crisis Center North will only use the contact information (email, telephone, and address) of donors to distribute receipts and thank you notes to donors and to inform donors of upcoming fundraisers and other agency events. Any questions regarding Crisis Center North’s Privacy Policy should be directed to CCN’s Executive Director.
